This service is normally provided for experienced Landlords and corporate clients who have an understanding of Tenancy Law. This service should not be chosen if you are unable to invest time on issues that may arise during a Tenancy.

• Prepare a Tenancy agreement and legal notices in accordance with the relevant housing acts and legislation
• Obtain cleared funds for the first months rent and a Tenancy deposit before or on the day the Tenant moves in
• To pay the first months rent and Tenancy deposit into the Landlords desired account minus our agency fee as agreed
NB The Landlord is responsible for collecting subsequent rent if he chooses the introductory service
